Payment
You may pay for your items online and all payments must be in GB Pounds Sterling only.
Faulty Products / Order Cancellation
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your goods let us know within 7 days and we will be happy to provide a refund or replacement for any faulty product.
Please ensure that you do contact us and receive a 'Returns Confirmation' before returning any goods to us. We also suggest that you use a delivery method that requires a signature as proof of delivery as we do not accept responsibility for any items lost in the mail. Where there has been a fault in any of our products or services, we will refund the cost of your return delivery.
Delivery Cost
The cost of delivery, which is determined upon weight and delivery address, will be added to your orders and will be clearly displayed prior to you paying for your order.
Time Scales
We endeavour to produce and dispatch EVERY order within 24 hours of it being placed. This is not always possible but, depending upon the Delivery Address, EVERY order should be received within the following time scales (from the time of placing order):

Please also bear in mind that delivery times over bank holidays will be longer.
We also offer Special, Guaranteed and Worldwide Courier Delivery services should you wish faster or guaranteed delivery times. There will be an extra delivery cost for these services so please contact us for assistance.
Delivery Methods
All mainland UK deliveries are by 1st Class Royal Mail and do not require a signature upon delivery. Overseas deliveries are by Air Mail.
Should you wish to pay extra for the use of Recorded or Guaranteed Delivery, or use an International Courier, please contact us and we will arrange this for you. These delivery services will incur additional costs.
Checking the Status of an Order
We will send a confirmation email when we dispatch each order.
Dealing with an un-delivered order
If you experience a delay in receiving an order, and have first confirmed that we have dispatched it, you should first contact your local mail depot.
Our products normally fit through standard mail boxes. However, where this is not so, and if no-one is present to accept the delivery, they will usually be returned to your local mail depot. Usually, a card is left to let you know this but occasionally this is not the case - or the card may get lost within other mail. Re-delivery will normally be attempted within about 14 days and if still unsuccessful your order will be returned to us. Any such un-delivered items will not normally reach us until about 21 days after the original date of sending.
